Help Desk (24/7/365)

All support requests received by Cybertek will be acknowledged with a service ticket number assigned to a help desk technician within one hour. The technician will make contact via phone, email, or chat within one hour of accepting the ticket. All voicemails will be returned within one hour, and a help desk technician will collect end-user data, open a service ticket, and work on Tier-1 resolution. Tickets will remain open until a remedy is identified and the issue is resolved.
