CyberTek, an award-winning Managed Security Service Provider that delivers advanced on-demand remote management and IT security services, today announced the hiring of Sean Remedios as its Vice President of Sales. The addition of Remedios to the sales leadership team brings deep hospitality experience to CyberTek’s current IT expertise, allowing the company to continue to provide exceptional service that meets customer needs. In this role, Remedios will meet with major clients and oversee the daily sales activities.
Remedios brings more than 15 years of sales experience, including working directly with hospitality partners, to the role. Previously, he managed enterprise-scale hospitality-focused sales as a Major Account Executive at Windstream. Most recently, he was the Business Development Director at Cloud5 Communications, the leading provider of hospitality communications services.
Since its 2021 acquisition by VENZA, CyberTek has actively expanded its role in providing technical support, consulting, and security services to the hospitality industry. Adding a Vice President of Sales with a strong background in hospitality will allow CyberTek to ensure that its customers are matched with the IT services that are most effective for their needs. As a unique industry with specialized requirements, having in-house knowledge of hospitality will allow CyberTek to deliver tailored solutions that are specifically designed for each customer’s environment.
